Our team of staff are here to help you throughout your holiday! Feel free to pop in and get a little advice.  The Tourist Information Office is located in the village centre at the following address:

At the Tourist Office, you will find all the information you need to enjoy a pleasant stay in Les Contamines. You can obtain tourist information about the village as well as the surrounding area.

Within the Tourist Office, you will find: a baby-changing area, free Wi-Fi internet access, registration for various activities and events, etc.

Access via the ramp from the central square to the automatic entrance door of the Tourist Office. Accessible public toilets are available within the Tourist Office. The office is spacious and has an accessible reception desk that complies with accessibility standards.

Opening times:

• Winter :
  • During school holidays : every day from 9:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 18:30.
  • Outside school holidays: every day from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
• Low season (from September to December) : Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00. Closed on Sundays. 

Practical Services on site:

Internet access: internet terminals and a Wifi zone are available at the Tourist Office

New: Hippocket wifi  to connect to the internet from home.  Rates: €7- 1 day. € 39 per week. Available on site.

• Ticket sales: Bus to the train station, excursions.
• Boutique :  hiking maps,  fishing permits etc.
• Conta' shop: a choice of articles from the official Contamines brand range:  t-shirts, mugs, caps, headbands, neck scarves etc.
